Cancellation

We understand sometimes it can be tempting to make a purchase impulsively and you may want to change your mind. We respect it!

Orders once placed are eligible for cancellations until confirmed and initiated for processing. As all our products are health related/ health supplement products, we do not accept cancellations once the product is sent for processing. Ideally, we suggest you cancel your order within 8 hours of placing the order. Thanks!

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As governed by the nature of the product ( i.e. health related products/ health supplement products), we do not accept any returns or exchanges catering to health and hygiene related concerns.

We have a standard quality assurance for all the products but, if you have received a defective or a wrong product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label i.e. no cost shall be borne by the customer. However, it is deemed that the product requested for exchange is in mint condition with all labels, packaging, tags & promo codes (if available) along with it.

In any case, no refund shall be granted and no returns shall be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund for items that are ordered but not cancelled before dispatch for any prepaid orders but may provide an alternative coupon/ store credit for future usage.

No returns/ refunds shall be accepted in case of products purchased using vouchers/ promo codes, during sale or any other event sale. In case if the return request is accepted the refund will be processed within 15 days (incl. weekends and holidays) to the source account.
